What we do
Our team takes the hassle, worry and the work out of liquidating your goods.  We have the experience to move through the process quickly and efficiently while getting you the most money for your items.

We feel these are not just possessions to liquidate, oftentimes these are what our friends and family have spent their life building, thus they should be treated with the utmost level of respect.  Our job is to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible, while meeting our customer’s objectives.

Where we begin:
Our service begins with a free in-home visit to perform an estate evaluation. This is an honest assessment of the estate so that an informed decision can be made about whether or not an estate sale is the best tactic to liquidate goods for the best return.

Before the sale we:
Sort/evaluate, organize, and price all items.*

Bring in our displays and set-up (stage) the house.
Advertise the sale in the local paper and on the Internet.
Invite established customer base and neighbors.
Answer all inquiries.

*At times we place items on consignment in one of our retail locations or on the Internet via Ebay.

During the sale:
We post signs directing people to the sale.
We are on-site early until the last shopper leaves the sale.
We have a team of people working at the location to sell, negotiate and move your goods.
We take credit cards, checks and cash.
We are fully insured..

After the sale:
Clear and pack up unsold items for charity pick-up.
Give client final numbers from sale.
Give client list of people interested in house (if applicable).

Fees:
The fee for liquidation is a percentage of the total sales.  This percentage is largely dependent on how much time is required before the sale, the value of the estate and the goals of the client.

We pay all associated fees such as advertising or listing fees.
